Leadership and Management
Managerial Mentoring and Coaching:
Providing individualised support and guidance to senior and mid-level managers as well as supervisors in areas of: conflict resolution, human resources and programme management, strategic visioning, and career development. Emphasis is placed on problem-solving for human resource issues facing managers in international settings, and strengthening their effectiveness in supervision and communication, as well as cross-cultural and gender dimensions of leadership and management processes.
Tailoring workshops and learning or competency-based trainings tailored to each client’s needs and include but are not limited to dimensions such as systems (organisational) vs. individual change, personal management and supervisory styles, stress and time management, interpersonal communication and participatory decision-making, and gender roles in management. Attention is also placed on self-development as a leader and manager.
