Ms. Sarma is a C4dDprofessional with 20 years’ experience with UN Agencies (UNICEF, WHO, The World Bank) and international non-governmental agencies (PATH, FHI 360) in India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the United States. She has competence across key public health domains –HIV/AIDS (general population and focused prevention for at-risk groups), maternal and child health (maternal mortality, delaying age of marriage, family planning, immunization), urban health, water and sanitation. Her skills include overall programe management; formative research and evaluations; strategy and material development, training, media advocacy, documentation. She has also demonstrated competence with delivering high-quality products and innovative approaches; partnership-building and working in multicultural settings. Ms. Sarma is fluent in English and Hindi.
