Maurice Apted has International development experience since 1976 in the academic world in Fiji, Pacific Islands and the United States, and with international development contractors such as USAID and the United Nations system since 1985 – work experience in major fields of education, educational mass media production and distance learning, international development and social and behavior change communication for – health, HIV/AIDS education, protection, rights advocacy and corporate visibility communications. His particular strengths are: in training program design and delivery, communication and media program design, program implementation and advocacy.”
